About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a team building and modernizing enterprise-grade applications for Marriott''s hospitality technology platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in Java-based backend development and modern frontend frameworks, and has hands-on experience using Cursor AI (or similar AI-assisted coding tools) to accelerate development, refactoring, and code review workflows.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot/Spring MVC) on the backend and React/Angular on the frontend.

·        Leverage Cursor AI to speed up code generation, debugging, refactoring, and writing unit tests while maintaining code quality and security standards.

·        Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·        Build and consume RESTful APIs/microservices; integrate with third-party and internal systems.

·        Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices (SOLID, design patterns, CI/CD).

·        Participate in code reviews, ensuring AI-generated code meets security, performance, and compliance standards.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack.

·        Contribute to architecture discussions and technical documentation.
