Summary
Position: Programmer Analyst 6 (Application Architect)
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite Required)
Duration: 12 Months with Possible Extension
Interview Process: ONSITE Interview Required
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for enterprise Java applications.
Design, develop, and support complex systems using Java/J2EE technologies.
Develop RESTful web services and modern web applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
Review technical design and ensure enterprise standards are followed.
Design logical and physical data models using SQL/PLSQL.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture with requirements.
Support full SDLC, Agile development, and technology roadmap planning.
Work within AWS cloud environments and DevOps container platforms.
Required Skills:
12+ years architecting and designing enterprise Java applications
Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
Angular or ReactJS experience
SQL / PL-SQL data modeling
JBOSS, OpenShift or similar container platforms
Azure DevOps CI/CD (3+ years)
AWS Cloud (5+ years)
Agile and CMM/CMMI practices
Additional Notes:
Candidates must be local within 60 miles of Lansing, MI.
Hybrid schedule is mandatory No remote-only option.
