  • Secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, certificate-based authentication, TLS, and managed credentials; configure API security and traffic policies in line with enterprise standards.

Testing, Deployment, and Operational Support

  • Perform unit, integration, regression, and negative-path testing; support user acceptance testing and resolve defects with functional and application teams.
  • Maintain version-controlled integration artifacts and follow approved transport, CI/CD, deployment, and change-management practices.
  • Monitor message processing logs, investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
  • Prepare deployment instructions, support runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials; support go-live stabilization and ongoing interface operations.

Business Process Expertise

  • Support Order-to-Cash integrations spanning order creation, invoicing, shipping, and payment processing.
  • Support RMA fulfillment integrations covering returns, credit issuance, and reverse logistics, together with chip and board manufacturing interfaces.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, application owners, and external partners to clarify requirements, validate mappings, and resolve cross-system issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of enterprise integration development experience, including 4+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) delivery.
  • Strong hands-on skills in iFlow development, Groovy scripting, graphical mapping, XSLT, XML/JSON processing, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience with SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Integration Advisor, and TPM, including MIG/MAG development and trading partner onboarding.
  • Experience integrating SAP ECC and non-SAP applications such as Salesforce, with knowledge of EDI standards, interface protocols, and secure cloud-to-on-premises connectivity.
