Pay Rate : $45- $50/hr
We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with strong Product Management expertise based in Richardson, TX 75082, supporting banking and financial services initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a contract opportunity where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products.
In this role, you will be responsible for balancing business, technology, and design priorities to deliver high-quality, customer-centric product and service experiences. You will work as a Product Manager within Agile teams, driving product vision, backlog prioritization, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals. The role requires hands-on experience working with distributed teams across onshore and offshore models, enabling seamless collaboration and delivery. You will play a key role in facilitating Agile processes, ensuring sprint success, and delivering measurable outcomes across complex banking programs while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Product Manager in Agile environments, along with expertise in working with distributed teams. A certification as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager is highly preferred. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive product success in a structured Agile framework.
