Role Overview

The Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud solutions. The role focuses on mission-critical public sector systems including case management, licensing, and service operations.

This position requires a hands-on senior/lead developer who can own solution design, development, integrations, and platform governance while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end solution design on Salesforce Government Cloud
• Define integration architecture, data models, and system blueprints
• Ensure adherence to platform governance and best practices

Development & Engineering

• Build and customize using:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Flows
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
• Develop and manage system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Requirements & Discovery

• Lead technical discovery sessions
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Release Management

• Analyze Salesforce seasonal releases (Spring/Summer/Winter)
• Identify:
• Breaking changes
• Feature impacts
• Required remediation

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Product Owners
• Admins
• QA teams
• Vendors
• Drive cross-team delivery

AI Enablement

• Identify and implement AI-driven automation use cases
• Ensure ethical and compliant AI usage

Governance & Security

• Enforce:
• Architecture standards
• Integration patterns
• Development best practices
• Implement security controls & compliance standards
