Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Designer in Westerville, OH.
Summary:
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting our growing internal creative team, helping to bring the brand vision to life through high-quality design. This position will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets to support marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and other business needs. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will contribute to developing a strong, consistent brand presence that positions our company as a leader in industry.
Primary Duties:
* Design Execution: Create visual assets for a variety of media, including digital ads, social media graphics, web banners, presentations, event branding and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
* Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop compelling visuals that support key campaigns, such as business-to-business marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagements
* Brand Stewardship: Uphold the company's brand standards and contribute to the evolution of the visual identity to ensure a modern and cohesive aesthetic
* Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting priorities based on business needs
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and the greater business to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic goals
* Innovation & Improvement: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute ideas for improving creative processes and outputs
* Asset Management: Maintain organized files, templates, and design assets for efficient sharing and reuse across the team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; Equivalent experience will also be considered
* 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house creative team, agency, or freelance capacity
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media, with an emphasis on marketing and branding projects
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging presentations
* Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices for both print and digital platforms
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables
* Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members
* Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback, with a growth mindset
* Basic knowledge of photography, photo editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
