Summary
SAP OTC / SD Solution Architect - Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) / SD Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define OTC processes, provide architectural guidance, and ensure successful SAP solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP SD/OTC solution design and architecture activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD modules including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
- Design end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and integrations with MM, WM/EWM, FI, and CRM modules.
- Provide functional leadership during SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Conduct workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of SAP add-on technologies (solution extensions) on projects in the North America region
- Provide on-site consulting services to Client’s customers implementing Vistex products and solutions
- Be a trusted advisor for customers providing best practice guidance
- Business/industry expertise in several verticals
- Lead and execute full project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration and testing/training support
- Understanding upstream/downstream process impacts ( Master data, sales, finance, etc.)
- Collaboration with offshore teams (internal and external)
Experience Required
- SD pricing, OTC, LIS and general SD configuration.
- Basic knowledge of SAP MM and purchasing processes.
- Participated in multiple lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Willing and committed to learning Client’s solutions for long-term association.
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
Preferred
- Additional language skills are extremely advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of finance plus.
- Prior Vistex Implementation Experience is a plus
