Job Description:
Client & Business Engagement
Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates.
Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business needs.
Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Design functional and technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
Development Activities
Participate in application development (coding, configuration, customization).
Review and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions with existing systems.
Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead small to medium project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Mentor developers, providing guidance and support.
Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
Drive project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Recommend innovative solutions and process optimizations.
Required Qualifications:
Guidewire PolicyCenter Expertise
5+ years Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration and integration.
Experience with PolicyCenter data model and workflows.
Relevant certifications
Guidewire Development
Proficiency in GOSU programming language.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration tools.
Integration & APIs
Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services for Guidewire integrations.
Experience with messaging, batch processes, and plugins.
Database Skills
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
Java & Object-Oriented Programming
Solid understanding of Java for custom development.
Cloud & Deployment
Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Version Control & CI/CD
Git, Jenkins, and automated build/deployment pipelines.
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60.00-$70.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
