Summary

Role: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Remote (require working onsite the initial first week, Monday-Friday)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities for the AN4 Hexure migration, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap identification for the future-state platform.
Support platform design and deployment, ensuring target-state capabilities are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with business expectations.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to drive successful end to end migration execution.
Document target-state workflows, gaps, and functional specifications, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and readiness for development and testing.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Hexure (formerly FireLight) and hands-on involvement in platform migrations, implementations, or enhancements.
Strong Business Analysis background, including requirements elicitation, process documentation, and solution design.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
Understanding of insurance, annuities, or financial services workflows, especially those relevant to new business or digital application platforms.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and produce clear, structured project artifacts.
