Summary

 

We are seeking a self-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to drive testing activities, ensure functional and performance standards, and take full ownership of end-to-end quality assurance across complex application systems.
 
  • Location: Raleigh, NC
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite
  • Interview Process: In-Person Only

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements (BRD, FSD, TDD) to design test scenarios, conditions, and automated test scripts.
  • Drive quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile environment.
  • Create and execute database validation queries using SQL.
  • Track defects, maintain test records, and ensure complete requirement traceability.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ Years – QA Testing (Web, GUI, Client/Server, & Database applications)
  • 5+ Years – Requirements Analysis & Automated Test Script Development
  • 5+ Years – Test Planning, Test Case Review, & Execution (Manual/Automated)
  • 5+ Years – Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
  • 2+ Years – SQL Query Execution for backend data validation
  • Soft Skills – Independent problem-solving, strong critical thinking, and clear verbal/written communication

Bonus Points (Highly Desired)

  • Experience testing Cúram software products
  • Prior testing experience on Health & Human Services (HHS) projects
  • Proficiency with Tricentis tools (qTest and Tosca)
