Hardware responsibilities include organizing and cleaning asset data, supporting end-of-life tracking, enterprise equipment reporting, and significant remaining end-user device work across multiple departments with varying standards.
The role will also write and maintain SOPs, create government-required documentation, and contribute to long-term internal planning and process improvement. Tools include ServiceNow (current ITSM, potentially sunsetting next year), Smartsheet (heavily used as a central repository), and ERP systems for downstream asset data.
