The Project Manager will oversee a large platform integration and automation program for our client as they transition from legacy systems to a modern API-driven architecture. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver phased migrations aligned to regulatory timelines. The position requires strong program delivery, communication, and orchestration across multiple products and workstreams. Experience with enterprise migrations, integrations, and technically complex initiatives will be important for success.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple concurrent product integrations and platform initiatives.
  • Manage delivery timelines aligned to regulatory and business milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and external partners.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and constraints across parallel workstreams and phased rollouts.
  • Drive clear communication, status reporting, and escalation to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support rollout orchestration across multiple channels and product lines to ensure stability and continuity.
  • Partner with technical leads to align delivery plans with architectural direction and scalability.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of change requests to protect delivery timelines.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project or program management supporting complex technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing enterprise system migrations, integrations, or large-scale SaaS/platform implementations.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in high-visibility environments with fixed deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organization, and risk management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams on technically complex programs.
  • Financial services, mortgage, or regulated-industry experience (preferred).
  • Platform integrations, API development, or automation initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience supporting phased migrations or parallel delivery tracks (preferred).
