Skills:
7+ years of overall IT experience (with strong hands-on Pega development & smart disputes).
Ability to lead team, customer management, requirements, code reviews, quality of deliverables etc.
Pega Smart Disputes, familiarity with Pega GenAI, Pega process AI or integrating external LLM/AI services into Pega applications.
Pega Certification is a must.
Pega Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required.
Domain & Framework Knowledge: Hands-on experience with the Pega Smart Disputes framework.
Integration Expertise: Strong experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and database integrations.
Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices and DevOps tools.
AI & GenAI Capabilities: Familiarity with Pega GenAI features, Pega Process AI, or integrating external LLM/AI services into Pega applications.
