.Net developer

Mandatory Qualifications:    

•                     Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer

•                     7 years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.

•                     Minimum of four years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Fair Hearings in a Health and Human Service settings.

Desirable Qualifications:       

•                     7 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques

•                     5 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.

•                     7 years of experience developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns and Angular

•                     5 years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's.

•                     7 years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server and Oracle

•                     4 years of experience with Web APIs and JSON.

Travel/Part-Time/Duties/Responsibilities:           

Responsibilities will include:

•                     translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same.

•                     Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high- and low-level system design into technical components.

•                     Develop applications based on technical requirements, design & architecture principles & standards

•                     Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services

•                     Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan.

•                     Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

•                     Other duties as assigned
