Summary
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll, Tax & Benefits experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and SuccessFactors EC
- Strong hands on experience with: SAP Payroll schemas & PCRs
- Wage type configuration
- Tax models and tax reporting
- Benefits configuration and payroll integration
- Proven experience supporting live payroll operations, not just implementations
- Experience with U.S. payroll and taxation (international a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll or SAP Payroll on HANA and SuccessFactors
- Good Understanding concepts of SAP CPI, SF Connectors integrations
- Exposure to UKG Time Management (PT) and its impact on payroll
- Experience in large, complex, or unionized payroll environments
- Payroll or tax certifications (CPP, FPC, or SAP certification)
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-country payrolls
