Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems/Business Analyst to join a project delivery team supporting the analysis, design, testing, and rollout of new technologies and end-user solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, document business needs, support testing efforts, and help ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business analysis, experience working directly with end users and stakeholders, and a desire to grow within a collaborative project environment. Experience supporting end-user technologies such as laptops, printers, productivity tools, and AI-enabled workplace solutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of new technologies, hardware, and end-user solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation, process flows, and supporting project artifacts.
- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and traceability documentation to validate business requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and validation activities.
- Track deliverables, provide status updates, and communicate progress to project leadership.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement throughout project execution.
- Support multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Experience creating test plans, test scripts, and validation documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting end-user technologies and workplace services.
- Familiarity with hardware deployment initiatives, laptops, printers, and productivity tools.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workplace tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting technology implementation or rollout projects.
