About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager Level 2 to support our eCommerce fulfillment operations, including pickup, third-party delivery (Instacart and DoorDash), and overall operational efficiency. This role will be integral to building a platform that handles order submission, selection, and routing, with a focus on operational reporting, process optimization, and demand forecasting.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, comfortable working at the intersection of business, data, and machine learning to deliver a seamless customer and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all technical aspects of product lifecycle from ideation to execution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery
Create and maintain product catalogs and technology roadmaps, communicating near-term and long-term plans
Identify, measure, and improve key product metrics to enhance customer experience
Elicit, define, and analyze medium-to-complex requirements, ensuring they are testable and measurable
Set minimum viable product criteria to accelerate delivery of new features
Lead teams in refining, prioritizing, and managing requirements using tools such as backlogs, templates, and agile management platforms
Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, demos, and backlog refinement sessions
Identify dependencies, risks, and impacted areas, driving resolution through collaboration
Break down medium-to-complex visions into actionable projects, initiatives, and features
