responsibilities:
- Apply strong software engineering expertise gained through years of building enterprise grade applications within financial services or a related regulated industry
- Design and implement data solutions leveraging Oracle and Snowflake to support analytics, reporting, and data driven insights
- Solid understanding of database design principles and the ability to write efficient, complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data
- Build and enhance backend components using Python and Spring Boot , adhering to modern architectural and coding best practices
- A good understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks , including OAuth , Azure Active Directory , and JWT based security models
- Develop responsive, high performance web user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Web Components, and Node.js
- Analyze data and system behavior to identify gaps, optimize performance, and deliver innovative, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and engineers to translate complex business and data requirements into effective technical designs
- Implement and support DevOps, CI/CD, and batch scheduling/orchestration practices , with hands on experience using Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, and AutoSys
