Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tableau & Power BI Expert to design, develop, and optimize enterprise business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and executive reports while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
This role requires strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and analytics, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
Gather reporting requirements from business users and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Build executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and operational reports.
Develop data models, calculated fields, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
Optimize Tableau workbooks and Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
Connect and integrate multiple enterprise data sources.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality analysis.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and Business teams.
Create reusable datasets, semantic models, and reporting standards.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and continuously improve dashboard performance.
Document reporting solutions and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
Expert-level experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M Language).
Experience with data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts.
Experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
