Position: Immigration Process Associate

Location: Richardson, TX Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Collect, verify, and organize documents required for visa, petition, and compliance filings.
• Maintain case status updates and ensure accuracy of data within immigration systems/tools
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proofread and edit one s own work product
• Strong analytical skills
• Open, sort and distribute UPS/FEDEX or similarly delivered packages
• Perform general office duties to include scanning/copying and file preparation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent English language skills; both verbal and written
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and updating information into internal system.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee immigration data and sensitive documents
• Follow internal GI policies, compliance standards, and document handling protocols.
• Other duties as assigned by the respective manager
