Overview

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Manager to lead optimization efforts across key Epic modules in a rural healthcare environment. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong generalist who can lead teams, drive initiatives, and partner across clinical and technical groups.

Top Skills Required

  • Epic Certification in one or more: Dorothy, Resolute PB/HB, Cadence, or Prelude
  • Experience supporting community or regional health systems
  • Understanding of rural healthcare payer/regulatory challenges
  • Strong collaboration across clinical, financial, and IT teams
  • Proven Epic build experience
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Revenue Cycle modules (Prelude, PB/HB, Cadence, Claims & Remittance)
  • Manage system projects, upgrades, and enhancements aligned to business and regulatory needs
  • Partner with leadership to improve charge capture, billing accuracy, denials, and cash flow
  • Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for revenue cycle workflows
  • Lead and mentor analysts, including prioritization and performance development
  • Collaborate with compliance, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting strategies

This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $132000.00/yr.
