Lead S/4HANA Functional Supply Chain & Procurement Consultant

Role Summary
We need a Lead S/4HANA Functional Supply Chain & Procurement Consultant to serve as the business architect for our autonomous agent program. This role is responsible for mapping complex inventory discrepancy, backorder, and procurement replenishment logic into deterministic rules, data schemas, and decision matrices that guide AI agent actions.
Core Responsibilities
• Map operational exception scenarios across Material Management (MM-IM), Available-to-Promise (aATP), and Sourcing & Procurement (MM-PUR).
• Define the Decision Authority Matrix: establish business thresholds determining what Joule agents can execute automatically (e.g., create draft STO or PR under $10K) versus actions requiring human approval.
• Produce precise technical mapping specifications: identify SAP field names, tables/CDS views, movement types (301, 311, 101), tolerance groups, and document types for the engineering team.
• Validate agent behavioral accuracy by creating real-world supply chain test scripts and negative-testing edge cases (e.g., shelf-life expiration dating, blocked stock, vendor split allocations).
Required Technical Qualifications
• Module Expertise: Deep functional mastery of S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Inventory Management (including multi-plant transfers, special stock, and consignment).
• Process Understanding: Expert understanding of material requirements planning (MRP Live), PR-to-PO conversion flows, and stock transport order processing.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read CDS view structures, review OData payloads, and collaborate effectively with technical RAP developers.
