responsibilities:
Job Duties -
? Support critical collaboration spaces for events, meetings, and broadcasts
? Support all live events during and after-hours providing concierge level support for audio and video as needed
? Works directly with business customers to deliver concierge level service
? Provides technical expertise and collaborates with other team members to troubleshoot issues
? Identify potential system problems and develop solutions/repairs. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on all video conferencing equipment
? Collaborate with cross functional teams to help resolve video and audio technology issues as they arise
? Will be responsible for supporting the following types of products; Microsoft Surface Hubs, Meeting
? Services (Teams, Zoom), Crestron Microsoft Teams Room Technology, Professional Audio
? Equipment (QSC, EV, Midas, Shure, etc.)
? Ability to setup, run, mix/EQ live professional sound equipment
? Communicates complex details in a way that people can understand while collaborating with people at all levels in the organization and ensuring all are supported and informed
? Able to work with minimal supervision, manage daily workload, able to work independently, and prioritize work based on business need
? Provide on-call support for other client locations

qualifications:
Job Requirements -
? BS in technology related field or equivalent experience
? 3 years of concierge level support experience in an enterprise environment
? 3 years of experience supporting/operating audio and video technologies
? 3 years of experience in a technology environment leveraging networks, voice, data, and video tools.
? Effective communicator with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders
? Superior customer service mindset and solution delivery focus
? Independent and able to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
Desired Skills & Experience -
? Crestron, Shure, Dante Certifications Preferred but not required
