At a high level, each OCM engagement might include:
β Identification of the stakeholders impacted by the change initiative
β An assessment of how those impacts will be felt, and by whom
β Development of an OCM plan - education, communication, engagement needs, etc. - that will
support the users through the change and facilitate adoption in the target state
β Development of the collateral as defined by the OCM plan
The OCM Lead plays an indispensable role in developing, driving and implementing the OCM plan.
As a consultant to the customer and project sponsor, the OCM Lead will leverage their experience to
define a change plan that is fit-for-purpose for that customer and that project, because Atos knows
that every customer is unique and we value flexibility, adaptability and innovative thinking in our
approach to meeting our customer’s needs.
While customer engagements take precedence, the OCM Lead will also provide support to elevate
organizational change management competency throughout Atos.
Role Responsibilities
β Overall responsibility for OCM project deliverables and deliverable quality
β Leads information gathering sessions to identify key stakeholders impacted by strategic change initiatives
β Establishes OCM governance process in collaboration with the customer
β Manages complex partner relationships and coaches leaders on standard methodologies
β Creates stakeholder and impact analysis including current and future state, benefits, risks and dependencies of all changes
β Develops robust change management plans including communication, education and engagement activities that harness multiple channels to address the needs of multiple
interested parties
β Designs and develops collateral to support change management plan deliverables such as communications, presentations, speaking points, working session designs, etc.
β Develops and drives strategies to increase OCM competency across the OCM team
β Partners with customers to facilitate the execution of training programs
β Manages development of project deliverables from project start to customer handover and project closure
β Guides and mentors Change Specialist(s) assigned to their projects (if any), ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
β Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately
β Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications
β Minimum of 8 years of related experience
β Consulting, customer-facing experience preferred

β Excellent written and verbal communication, including active listening
β Outstanding client service, stakeholder management and project management skills
β Ability to independently manage OCM projects
β Ability to synthesize complex information into key points
β Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
β Proficient in MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
β AI fluency (Gemini and Copilot) a plus
β Must have Google Workspace migration experience
