Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer with 12 15 years of expertise in designing and delivering high-impact Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic learning professional who excels at translating complex business requirements into engaging, facilitator-led learning experiences that drive measurable performance outcomes. This role requires deep expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end ILT development.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
Lead the design and development of comprehensive ILT programs, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and assessments.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and performance gap analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Apply adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
Design experiential learning activities, case studies, simulations, and group exercises to maximize engagement and retention.
Develop blended learning journeys integrating ILT with eLearning and performance support tools.
Required Qualifications
12 15 years of experience in instructional design, with strong emphasis on ILT design and development.
Proven expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks.
Strong curriculum architecture and content structuring skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in blended learning design.
Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS, virtual classroom platforms).
Certification in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.
Experience in leadership development, technical training, or compliance training domains (as applicable).
