Summary
Our client is enhancing its technology capabilities with a focus on modern AI-driven automation. They are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to build and integrate intelligent agent systems, design scalable RAG workflows, and develop microservice-based components that support high-impact operational processes. This role involves hands on engineering, system architecture, and close collaboration with internal subject matter experts to ensure reliable and accurate AI performance.
Responsibilities
Build prompt-driven, single agent AI workflows tailored to specific business processes.
Integrate AI models into operational systems, including transaction workflows, knowledge management, and internal service platforms.
Architect and support multi agent orchestration for advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Develop, maintain, and document API microservices that deliver AI functions such as entity extraction or classification.
Assist in preparing datasets for ongoing model refinement and optimization.
Work with domain experts to improve model reliability, reduce hallucinations, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
Skills:
Hands-on experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows.
Strong knowledge of LLM prompt design, vector embeddings, and RAG fundamentals.
Proficiency in building and deploying microservices within distributed systems.
Experience working with LLM-driven applications or AI agent frameworks.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are beneficial.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, microservices architecture, or enterprise integration.
