Job Title: PeopleSoft ERP Developer / Systems Analyst
Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft ERP Developer / Systems Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise ERP systems. The role involves working with both internal and external systems, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering data-driven insights through reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and maintain PeopleSoft ERP systems.
- Integrate ERP systems with internal and external County systems.
- Design and develop reports, queries, and analytics solutions.
- Configure, implement, and maintain business workflows.
- Analyze system defects and performance issues; provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments to gather requirements.
- Document business processes, technical designs, and system specifications.
- Develop and maintain database structures, stored procedures, and queries.
- Support and follow change control and release management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft tools and ERP systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL development.
- Experience in database design and stored procedure development.
- Ability to create technical design and support documentation.
- Knowledge of workflow configuration and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft ERP tools.
- Experience working in government or public sector environments.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
