Job Title: Network Security Technical Architect
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite/Remote)

Job Summary:
Candidate must have Vendor Management , SLA Governance, Program and Risk Management experience along with:
Identity & Access Control: Cisco ISE
Network Security: Cisco and Fortinet security platforms
Wi Fi Architecture: Cisco wireless design, optimization, and troubleshooting
Technical Architect – Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
The Technical Architect will lead the end-to-end technical architecture across Wide Area Network, Venue LAN/WLAN, Cabling, Network Equipment, and Fixed Telephony services to deliver a fully integrated, resilient, secure, and scalable telecommunications ecosystem. This includes defining and governing HLD/LLD designs, ensuring alignment with architectural principles (high availability, redundancy, security, flexibility, standardization), and maintaining coherence across all service packages and venue environments. The role oversees WAN backbone connectivity, in-venue network infrastructure, hardware and equipment standards, and cloud-based IP telephony solutions to ensure seamless interoperability across all layers of the Network.
Core Focus Areas:
Architectural Decision-Making Ability to balance architectural integrity with delivery pressures, make informed tradeoffs, and uphold standards across L2/L3 networking, redundancy models, and equipment design.
Technical-to-Business Translation Skilled at simplifying complex network concepts and articulating business impact (cost, risk, uptime, operational continuity).
Vendor Management & SLA Governance Ability to manage challenging vendors, enforce SLAs using data and structured escalation, and operate effectively in complex multi-vendor ecosystems.
Program & Risk Management Experience with governance models (QBRs, scorecards), contract structures, and early risk detection for large, multi-year network transformation programs.
Customer-Facing Leadership Strong executive presence with the ability to manage expectations, communicate risks, and maintain transparency in high-stakes customer environments.
Handling Customer Pressure Ability to uphold technical and security standards while navigating customer demands and negotiating design decisions.

Experience Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in telecom/network architecture
Large-scale event, stadium, or multi-site deployment experience strongly preferred
Strong background in network design, infrastructure, and service integration
Experience operating in complex, multi-vendor environments
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility program
