Summary

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for large-scale eCommerce web and mobile app platforms serving millions of users and high-volume transactions. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, platform scalability, and business growth, owning complex problem spaces across discovery, delivery, and optimization. While deep retail experience is highly valued, we are equally open to candidates from large consumer brands, high-growth tech companies, or enterprise-scale digital platforms who have built and scaled products at meaningful scale.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for high-scale eCommerce and digital commerce platforms.
    • Lead complex product domains such as checkout, catalog, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, customer accounts, or platform services.
    • Balance short-term business needs with long-term platform scalability, reliability, and extensibility.
    • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, influencing product direction and investment decisions.
  • Execution at Scale
    • Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Architecture to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
    • Translate business strategy into well-defined product requirements, epics, and success metrics.
    • Drive prioritization decisions in environments with competing stakeholder needs and dependencies.
    • Ensure products meet standards for performance, security, reliability, and global scale.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Communication
    • Work effectively across product, engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Influence without authority in a highly matrixed, global organization.
    • Clearly communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
    • Mentor and raise the bar for other product managers across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of product management experience with large-scale, consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling eCommerce or transaction-heavy platforms.
  • Demonstrated success operating at principal or lead PM level, driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
  • Strong technical fluency with modern web/mobile architectures, APIs, platforms, and data systems.
  • Experience working with high-availability, high-traffic systems at scale.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Benefits:
  • 401(k).
  • Dental Insurance.
  • Health insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity, equality, inclusion, and respect for people.
  • The salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
