Work Hours: Mon -Thur (40 hours)

Work Location: Medina, NY

Shift: 1st Shift (5:30 AM to 4:00 PM) Mandatory OT on Fridays occasionally



Summary:An environment that is temperature and humidity controlled.



Essential Functions:Follows procedures and performs the various steps contained within the procedure in order to return the pump to its original state and to assure a quality end product.Troubleshooting various components of the pump.Able to work with various hand toolsPerform limited technical aspects of the repair, production and/or restock processComplete all documentation needed for quality compliance



Qualifications:Must be able to identify small electronic components and be able to differentiate using their markings.Ability to handle stressful production demands, demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.Read and follow written work instructions with deviation. Manipulate small piece parts with both hands and assemble or disassemble a medical device using small hand tools.Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, including required documentation needed for compliance.Good Judgment, positive attitude and a high level of initiativeWillingness and ability to learn production/repair assembly procedures and drawings.Basic computer skillsAbility to work in fast-paced work environment to meet daily targetsAbility to manually perform basic mathematical calculationsAbility to transcribe data accuratelyAbility to read and write English proficientlyAbility to visually inspect and identify particulate/foreign matter and distinguish between colors as required by FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices.







Education/Experience:High School diploma or GEDPreferred experience in mechanical or electrical repair in a Manufacturing setting

Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 6 pounds.
