Summary
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize LTE and 5G RAN RF performance.
Monitor and evaluate network KPIs and performance trends.
Analyze drive test data to identify network performance issues.
Perform coverage and capacity analysis.
Identify RF performance gaps, coverage issues, and capacity constraints.
Recommend optimization strategies to improve network performance and customer experience.
Analyze network performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional telecom/RAN teams to troubleshoot and resolve RF issues.
Must-Have Requirements
5–8 years of RF/RAN engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with 5G Wireless Networks
Strong hands-on experience with LTE
Experience with RAN RF performance, KPIs, drive testing, coverage, and capacity analysis
Strong Telecommunications domain experience
Mandatory: Previocurrent working experience with Verizon
