Job Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects
Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports
Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
Lead owner and contractor meetings while maintaining clear communication among stakeholders
Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, budget, and operational challenges
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality control, and risk management standards
Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment
