Job Title: Senior Service Now Technical Lead (CTA Certification Mandatory)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

 

Job Description:

 

  • Plan sprint activities, allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs to maintain solution quality and minimize production issues.
  • Take ownership of technical deliverables while guiding team members toward successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Now development standards, security best practices, and platform scalability.
  • Design, develop, and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
  • Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with Service Now
  • Collaborate with Service Now Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the Service Now platform
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with architecture, development, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
