We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the upload and digital documentation related to engineering and manufacturing, This position plays a key role in transitioning legacy paper-based records into our digital system, ensuring completeness, traceability, and compliance with aerospace quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative support, database entry, and digital recordkeeping in a technical environment-with the potential for full-time employment upon successful internship completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review the status of paper packages and populate tracking spreadsheets accordingly
* Scan and upload documents into system application
* Enter key data fields into the system to ensure accurate digital records
* Ensure proper organization of files and follow naming conventions
* Communicate with quality team members on document issues or missing data

Required Qualifications
* Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Comfortable using scanners and file organization tools
* Familiarity with entering data into structured forms or database fields
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Willingness to work in a quality-driven, process-oriented environment
* Due to the nature of the work ship required

Preferred (but not required)
* Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or quality documentation
* Familiarity with NET-INSPECT or similar inspection/quality systems
