Advantage Technical is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technician to support corporate fleet and engineering operations for a leading global automotive OEM in Auburn Hills, MI. If you have deep dealership diagnostic experience and want to work alongside engineering and quality teams on real vehicle investigations - this is your role.
What You'll Do (Job Duties)
- Diagnose and repair corporate fleet vehicles; perform scheduled maintenance
- Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to root cause vehicle concerns
- Support teardowns, warranty repairs, and reliability audits
- Assist engineering studies across Fast Feedback, Safety Office, Executive Garage, and related groups
- Document findings and collaborate with PQRC Engineers on corrective actions
What You Bring (Requirements and Qualifications)
- ASE Certification and/or State Automotive License required
- 5+ years of Chrysler/Stellantis dealership technician experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver's License; basic computer proficiency
- HS diploma or equivalent
