Summary
Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including payroll coordination, employee records management, and systems support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and maintains a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for core HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update employee data within HR information systems.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation tracking.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Assist with special HR projects and process improvements as assigned.

Requirements

• Availability to work West Coast hours:
• Previous payroll and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in HR administration or coordination preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
