Description:

Summary:

The Technical Lead for Frontend Mobile Development will oversee the development and implementation of native mobile applications. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mobile development, particularly with Flutter, and a proven track record in leading technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of native mobile applications with a focus on quality and scalability.
  • Assign tasks, mentor team members, and lead projects to successful completion.
  • Define and enforce best coding practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather application requirements and objectives.
  • Prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet user needs.
  • Provide technical assistance and respond to inquiries regarding developed software.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in development with a focus on native mobile applications.
  • 2 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
  • Experience in leading platform-wide initiatives and providing task estimations.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in native mobile application development.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in application scaling.
  • Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in promoting inclusive collaborations.
  • Strong communication skills for consulting with analysts and users.
  • Ability to train both internal and end users effectively.
