Service Engagement Manager (Endpoint)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Johnston, RI that is seeking a Service Engagement Manager (Endpoint).

Responsibilities:
* Own service delivery governance, SLA adherence, and escalation management
* Lead business and operational reviews and facilitate regular team touchpoints
* Manage risk tracking, change windows, and CAB coordination
* Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
* Oversee ticket intake, prioritization, and timely resolution of critical issues per SLA
* Ensure compliance with security standards and audit-ready documentation
* Support production items tracked in Azure DevOps outside the ticketing system
* Coordinate stakeholders and communicate effectively with a customer-centric, empathetic approach

REQUIREMENTS:
* Endpoint management (SCCM, Intune), M365, Azure DevOps, Power BI, vulnerability remediation, and ticketing systems
* ITIL practices, governance, risk and vendor management, contract compliance, and budget oversight
* Executive communication, negotiation, leadership under pressure, empathy, adaptability, and stakeholder management
* Knowledge of SLAs related to software deployment, vulnerability remediation, and incident response

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
