Candidates who have directly architected and built Solutions inside Microsoft Fabric - not just used Azure or Databricks

Candidates with real experience in

Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse and Data Factory
Spark Notebooks in Fabric (Fabric runtime - not only Databricks)
Direct Lake datasets & Semantic Model optimization
OneLake shortcuts, domain layouts, storage governance

Modern Data Architecture Standards

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to define and enforce platform-wide standards, including:

Medallion Architecture (Bronze-Silver-Gold)
Delta Lake Patterns (CDF, Schema evolution, SCD type 2)
CDC Strategy (especially relevant to JDE)
Design decisioning: Spark Vs TSQL Warehouse
Keys, Constraints, Warehouse MV''s, indexing and refresh policies

Legacy to Fabric Migration experience

We must focus on talent with actual migration experience, specifically:

SQL Server & SSIS to Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines)
Re-engineering stored procedures, ETL frameworks into Fabric - native pipelines
Experience with mirroring, source CDC, and incremental ingestion
Proven orchestration & dependency handling in Fabric Data Factory
