Client Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45227

Contract: 10+ Months (Long Term Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

NOTES:

8-10 years of exp needed.
Team lead role, Portal team within capital markets.
Number of initiatives with this app in 2026 and beyond.
Need one with strong technical and leadership responsibilities.
Full stack exp, read and write good code, strong critical & problem solving is more important than anything.
More important, Leadership & comm skills (Verbally & Written), good personality, have calls with team, strong leadership, developing new feature in applications.
Contract to hire role after a year based on performance.
2 rounds of interviews, (Technically & Leadership focused).

Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
Software modeling and simulation
Front end graphical user interface design

Support, maintain and document software functionality
Integrate software with existing systems
Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
