Summary

An Outbound Sales Representative proactively drives revenue by identifying and contacting potential customers via cold calling, emailing, and social selling. They qualify leads, present product value, and build pipelines to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires strong communication, resilience to rejection, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively prospect and contact new leads through high-volume cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualification & Pitching: Identify customer needs, pitch products/services, and qualify prospects to determine buying intent.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales quotas.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
