About the Role

We re looking for an AI Analyst with strong expertise in to join our team and help shape innovative engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Statistical Modeling
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze data, validate hypotheses, and support business decisions.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to measure the impact of changes and new features.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib/seaborn.
• Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining data pipelines and machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficient with version control systems such as Git, including branching, committing, and pull requests.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to measure impact and validate hypotheses.

Required Skills

• Previous experience working in the Meta development environment.
• Experience with service monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated alerting for data and ML solutions.
• Strong understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.).
• Experience with building and automating scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
• Ability to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
