Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cell & Gene Therapy Global Deployment Lead to support ERP deployment initiatives within the Cell & Gene Therapy Value Chain (PTCS organization). This role will work closely with global ERP teams and the ASPIRE (ERP Harmonization Program) to coordinate the deployment of the CGT Template in SAP S/4 HANA across multiple affiliates.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP S/4 HANA deployments, supply chain processes, and ERP transformation programs within complex global environments. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and expertise in SAP integrations and deployment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

ASPIRE Program Responsibilities

Represent the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) organization within the affiliate deployment teams.

Ensure adherence to ASPIRE deployment framework across implementation projects.

Coordinate the rollout of CGT Supply Chain processes within SAP S/4 HANA.

Identify and manage project risks and create mitigation strategies.

Partner with stakeholders to conduct End-to-End (E2E) Fit-to-Template workshops.

Coordinate knowledge transfer of the CGT ERP template to deployment partners.

Work with product development teams and SMEs to address template gaps or local regulatory requirements.

Promote understanding of the CGT business model across deployment teams and affiliates.

PTC ERP Organization Responsibilities

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP ecosystem.

Provide functional and domain expertise related to CGT ERP templates.

Collaborate with CGT sites and digital teams to define ERP roadmap enhancements.

Manage stakeholders and escalate risks when required.

Support country-level CGT product launches ensuring ERP readiness and compliance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience

Experience with SAP eWM

Expertise in at least one module:

• MM
• SD
• FI
• PP
• QA

Experience integrating enterprise systems including:

• SAP CGTO
• ATTP
• MES

3+ years of SAP S/4 HANA deployment project experience

Project Manager or Functional Lead

Strong experience with project management tools:

• Smartsheet
• Monday
• MS Project

Experience with Agile frameworks:

1. SCRUM
2. SAFe
3. LeSS

Experience with Agile tools:

1. Jira
2. Trello

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage stakeholders across complex matrix organizations.

Preferred Experience

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries

Knowledge of Cell & Gene Therapy supply chain operations
