Summary
Oracle HCM Functional Consultant + Reporting Specialist:
8- 10 years of expertise Location : Remote EST Hours but travel to New Orleans for key milestones if or as requested by the customer.
Duration:6+ Months

Job Description:
- Strong and hands on experience in End to End Oracle Cloud HCM Module expertise: Core HR
- Extensive experience in functional configurations (probation period, employment configs. and all related configuration as part of the standard Oracle HCM modules and processes), reporting tools, working on enhancements and Post-Production Support, quarterly and related Oracle patches
Expertise in:
- Creating OTBI and BIP reports including customizations and modifications needed based on business needs
- Noetix to HCM report migration, equivalency mapping and metadata cataloging
- User access management reporting and access governance.
- Experience in Kronos to Oracle Cloud migration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
