Job DetailsWhat You'll Do
- Design and develop civil site plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts
- Prepare construction documents, reports, and specifications
- Perform stormwater management and drainage analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, MEP, etc.) and external stakeholders
- Support permitting and regulatory approval processes
- Conduct occasional site visits and coordinate with field teams
- Assist with project management tasks including scheduling and client communication
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-8+ years of experience in civil/site design or land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design
- Familiarity with local Texas regulations and permitting is a plus
- EIT required; PE preferred (or on track)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
