Job Description:

The Technical Product Owner works with the Product, Project, and Business teams to
ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. The
Product Owner possesses sound foundational knowledge of ServiceNow's technical
capabilities as well as the ability to communicate technical functionality to business users
and vice versa. They will work with the development team to ensure alignment with best
practices and business strategy. The qualified Product Owner will oversee the development
of features from start to finish to ensure they meet the business stakeholders' needs and
preferences.
What You Will Do
Managing the vision for the project team's product.
Maintaining a road map for the project based on this vision.
Acts as a liaison between the business and the product team.
Understand stakeholders' business processes and anticipate their needs.
Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and
anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing
requirements.
Ensure the Development team and business stakeholders have a shared
understanding of the requested features and desired business values and outcomes.
Captures business and user requirements and creates corresponding User
Stories.
Ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to
specifications.
Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release
processes.
Create and manage product releases
