Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a SAP TM Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the SAP Transportation Module space, always aligned with the Global template
Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis
Support the SAP TM module, review ticket backlog, prioritize issues, and work them to resolution
Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for integration with other SAP modules (PP, SD, ACM)
Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing, and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned (partially owned or in full) objects
Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications
Provide ownership of testing of projects
Provide new user training on supported applications, as requested
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, identify and communicate workplace hazards, and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Scrum-type duties as assigned
Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests
Qualifications:
Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
6 months SAP experience
12 months AG or energy industry experience
12 months transportation-related experience
All work to be completed in the CST time zone
Excellent communication, organization, and thought delivery skills
Self starter, proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage
Efficient time manager
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 or the hourly equivalent.
