We are seeking a Senior SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Process Integration (PI/PO), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Joule to join a long-term engagement with our client in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems while leveraging modern SAP integration technologies.
This is a hybrid role, requiring the consultant to work from the client's Ohio office 2 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP PI/PO.
- Build and support cloud-based integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Implement and integrate SAP Joule capabilities to enhance business processes and user experience.
- Develop interfaces between SAP and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, Proxy, XML, and other integration technologies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for SAP integration strategies.
- Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO development and administration.
- Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Integration Suite.
- Knowledge and practical experience with SAP Joule.
- Expertise in SAP integration protocols including IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, OData, XML, and Proxy.
- Experience integrating SAP with cloud and non-SAP applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
