  • Position: Senior Technical Product Owner
    Work Location: Bethesda, MD
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite

  • 7+ years of experience in IT application design or development.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. (Digital)

  • Strong experience in technical product ownership and Agile development.

  • Hands-on experience creating and managing user stories and product backlogs.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
