Salesforce RCM Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for Healthcare RCM processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate RCM requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes including patient access, charge capture, billing, claims, and collections
• Provide leadership in Salesforce Health Cloud / Service Cloud / Financial Services Cloud implementations (as applicable)
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and EHR/EMR systems, billing platforms, and clearinghouses
• Drive process optimization and automation across the revenue cycle
• Mentor and guide development teams; act as a technical and functional SME
• Support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics for RCM KPIs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a PST time zone environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform (Admin/Developer/Architect roles)
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Patient registration & eligibility
  • Medical billing & coding
  • Claims processing (837/835 transactions)
  • Denials management & collections
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Service Cloud
• Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, APIs, HL7/FHIR standards)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Architect, Health Cloud)
• Experience working with US Healthcare systems
• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other EHR systems
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Work Requirements

• Must be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
• Fully remote role with strong communication and collaboration expectations

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/automation in RCM workflows
• Exposure to data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Prior experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
